Born under a good sign. Reason, logic and truth, bent through my brain. Nuff said.

Not Enlightenment, but I can see it from here...
Too many people hate on other people's religion. All of 'religion' promote Love & Peace. We are all climbing the same mountain. Just on different paths. You can only help those on your path. So do that instead. Hollering insult across a mountain is silly.

39? lol Since 1996, how many "noncitizen voting" prosecutions have occurred? More bad gop math. Trying to rouse the rabble over nothing. Remember in November. #NoIncumbentRepublicans

10 years ago today GOP Sen. Mike Lee: “If anyone spoke to my wife, or my daughter, or my mother, or any of my five sisters, the way Mr. Trump has spoken to women, I wouldn’t hire that person, wouldn’t want to be associated with that person, and I certainly don’t think I’d be comfortable hiring that person to be the leader of the free world.”

Spectacularly wrong Econ predictions from @SecScottBessent: The housing market, he said in 2/25 will “unfreeze” within weeks, and inflation could return “quickly” to the Federal Reserve’s 2% target. In April 2026: “I’m optimistic that sometime between June 20 and Sept. 20 that we can have $3 gas again.” Reality: $4.49 gas in October Inflation rate is 3.4% Housing market is dead with 7.49% interest rates (under Trump/Bessent selected Fed Chair)
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has made rosy economic predictions that have wrong, including the housing market and inflation - which have hurt his credibility. Every Treasury secretary has to be a cheerleader for the president’s policies, but Bessent is unusually explicit in his optimistic prognostications - something his predecessors studiously avoided, “That’s not good for the Treasury.” #ETTD I gifted this article. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

When Ford bought Jaguar in 1990, the downfall began. Went from a proper automobile maker to a line on Hank's balance sheet. In 2008, Tata got it, merged it with Land Rover, fer gawd's sake. Two completely opposite design philosophies. Enzo said the E-Type was THE design. Sad.
Jaguar has pulled the wraps off a car it hopes is the key to its turnaround effort. The Jaguar Type 01 is a long, low-slung electric sedan featuring imposing, blocky styling — a far cry from sleek Jaguars of the past. Read more: abcnews.link/yV5h6Gv

"$enator €ollins, like a benevolent feudal baroness, funded these things." 😂 No, taxes paid for them. The community got together, agreed to each pony up some of their income, and through the power of the people, these things were built. Kinda socialist, come to think of it...

Lutnick checking all the boxes of the authoritarian co-conspirator. Such multi-tasking to help Leader is common in the annals of authoritarian crime. The head of Mussolini’s secret police also oversaw his sex crimes operation. I write about it in #Strongmen.
🚨BREAKING: GOP lawyer Cleta Mitchell and convicted election denier Tina Peters are pushing a scheme to have Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick seize voting machines, as part of a broader effort for the Trump administration to interfere with the midterms. democracydocket.com/news-ale…

Something unprecedented happened during my visit to the Gulf. For the first time in 20 years in Congress, I was denied entry to U.S. military facilities and even meetings with military leaders. An order from Hegseth - that applies to both parties - to hide the cost of the war.

No American life is expendable or a “small price to pay.” Donald Trump is a lunatic. These comments are dangerous and un-American.
Trump: "With the war, it's just artificial. It's a little bit high. It's a small price to pay ... let them take out Los Angeles, let them take out San Diego. This is a very small price to pay."

Six U.S. soldiers were killed and dozens were injured when an Iranian drone struck a U.S. Army logistics facility at Port Shuaiba in Kuwait. Some soldiers told the AP that commanders had been warned the facility was vulnerable to a drone attack. The Army completed its review of the March 1 attack in June but has yet to release the report.
