Reform now seem to have given up trying to win a general election, and have reverted back to their natural place as a niche party for racists, conspiracy theorists, and general weirdos

This view that City made the league more competitive is… the opposite of the truth. It’s the most dominant spell ever seen in England: - 100 and 98 points - two trebles - four in a row None of these things had ever been done before

Full reaction over the next two days but brief thoughts. - Bristol City looked bright in the first half, but Palace were clearly on top. - Poor defending and a silly foul on the edge of the box hand the goals to the Championship side. - McNeil and Mingueza both played well, good linkup and some excellent delivery into the box. - Chilwell poor, as was Mitchell. - Pleased with the substitutes. Doucouré was strong and the academy boys looked bright too, Chuks maybe a tad nervous but Sealey especially - bags of confidence. - Result means very little, again Palace created lots of chances, and the actual football being played is getting better and much more fluid. #cpfc

Here’s another leftie mocking dementia. They’re just such hypocrites aren’t they? Mock away sweetie. You’ll never win by being nasty. My father had dementia. Before he died. He fought for this country. Perhaps you’d like to insult him too.
Don't flatter your self Captain Concrete.. It's the first sign of dementia making stuff up - Did you take the photo? NO/Probably not But because you show it you have upset him? You need to get a grip..

Since Abramovich arrived in 2003 and Abu Dhabi in 2008, Chelsea and Man Cty have won 13 of the 23 league titles. Their previous combined total was 3. Chelsea in 1955 Man Cty in 1937 & 1968. They had no history of league success in any era. English football was sold 23 years ago.

Let’s be very clear this accusation by City that this story has been “leaked” by any entity other than them (at the start of the window for maximum recovery time) is utter bullshit.

It's another stroke of sheer football genius from the Bayern Munich maverick, striking the inside of Gianluigi Donnarumma's crossbar from a free-kick. Wonderful effort.

Just so there's no confusion. Scrutiny of Nigel Farage's acceptance of a £5m gift is legitimate. Scrutiny of Nigel Farage's £5m gift will continue. Attempts to bully journalists and others into abandoning that scrutiny will fail.

Well this is awkward: "The surname "Farage" originates from a distant Huguenot ancestor. Genealogical findings show his lineage traces back to Georgius Ferauge, born in 1681 in Fumay, France, near the modern-day Belgian border. This ancestor emigrated to Berkshire, England, in the early 1700s, and the surname gradually anglicized from Ferauge to Ferridge and finally Farage".
