The more I look at Modera Revere Beach Blvd by Mills Creek, the more I realize that the City of Revere and the Commonwealth of MA are selling off parts our nation's first public beach. I guess it's a sign of the times. Sad.

Massachusetts housing can be fixed. It just takes someone with a strong moral character to say no to the wiseguys and con-artists when they create another fake trust or LLC. It's bad enough we have 21 mafia-like registry of deeds offices, but add to that the likes of CitizenServe.com and PatriotProperties.com and the people of Massachusetts don't stand a chance.

It would be nice to see this solved soon. I heard the same thing reported on the news that it may have been to cover up credit card fraud. From what I heard they were breaking into US Mail bags that are routinely sent on passenger jets. The Federal Government should be helping if it involves the US Mail. I'm sure they know a lot about the crooked is and outs of Logan following 9-11.

It looks as though the City of Revere gave away more of Revere Beach Reservation to their friends Callahan Construction and Redgate Real Estate. This is only initial reporting, but involves the Ryder Building Property at 21 Revere Beach and a parts of Ocean Ave.

Who owns Mills Creek? I still can't understand why the Commonwealth felt the need to help this Investment Group expand their portfolio. @massauditor, this appears to be another case of fraud in Revere. No 350 was also incorporated into Modera Revere Beach Blvd Properties. Crazy.

@BillGalvin4MA @massauditor Why did the state help Mill Creek acquire properties along Revere Beach Blvd? It looks like City of Revere and Commonwealth of MA forced Mr. Lasden to give up his home at 548 Revere Beach Blvd for Mill Creek's new Revere Beach Blvd Developments.

This is probably a better question for the MA Bar Association. Please reach out if you are familiar with constitutional law. Elected leaders have violated mine and my neighbors rights and that hurts everyone.
Is the attorney for a city in the US obligated to report illegal actions carried out by city employees when those actions are reported? Or, should the City Attorney actively work to protect city leaders accused of theft even if it hurt residents?

It's good to see Massachusetts running more commercials for the state's 988 mental health line. Hopefully Dr. Healey will reverse her open prescription to all residents for the #CrazyMRNA vaccines.

Regarding our Moderna Revere Beach discussion; it appears as though Revere Beach Waterfront JV LLC may have faced financial issues during construction. End result, Revere Beach Waterfront JV LLC now owns the property with its partners Kamco Supply Corp, and JKA Construction Inc.

If companies like Redgate, and Mills Creek want to develop Luxury and not so Luxury Apartment Complexes, they should have to do it with their own money. Not with handouts from the state. #FakeCapitalism
