They've never been "domesticated" because domestication requires a level of active eugenics to breed desirable domestic traits and cull undesirable ones. Whites have done the opposite by encouraging the proliferation of non-domestic traits/behaviors like violence/low IQ out of some naive pity and guilt. Worse yet, Whites have intervened and effectively stopped blacks' environments from naturally selecting the fittest members and ballooned a population of 300 million starving Africans to 1.5 billion starving Africans.
