Hi guys. How does one terminate/cancel @Uber_RSA @UberEats? I’m so tired of being scammed by their drivers claiming to have delivered food. It’s become a pattern and Uber refuse to take responsibility

I’m disgusted at the @Uber_RSA, @UberEats, @Uber_Support scam. I specify driver to meet me at the door. I order a meal, he arrives, takes a picture of himself 50 m away holding your meal, clicks “delivered” and takes my meal away and eats it. They flatly refuse to refund me.

I can’t think of any worse service than @webafrica and @vumatel. Their Bot puts you in a queue at 16h20 to chat with an agent regarding an outage and then 18h02, they send you a note saying their working hours are 08h00 to 18h00! What nonsense is that?
