Back before high speed internet/mobile trading/zoom/live streams, traders like me had to trade at a physical "daytrading shop." This was Centerpoint Securities in 2000. (Noel and Alpha road if you know Dallas). I was a minority owner of the firm. This was the most high tech daytrading operation at the time. Back then, we would have traders from all over the city plant their roots with us and trade daily. It was a great time to be a trader. Take a close look at my screens (I was looking at our proprietary platform we built called Liquidtrader) my charts look the same now as they did back then 26yrs ago. Technology has come a long way, but the way we trade the markets never change. I hope you have enjoyed this trader's nostalgic throwback.

US Session Update: The $USDCAD is in a very strong rising channel and it has broken some resistance at 1.4125 level which was a high back in July. A break below channel support near 1.4100 would be bearish (below channel) and then it was also be considered a false breakout. In other words, bulls DO NOT want to give up 1.4100. UK/EU Session Update: #EURCHF sellers wrong footed over SNB A very smart turnaround after the SNB kept rates unchanged and the market saw a dovish tilt to the statement. The pair was trading down near the 0.9370/80 lows but is now back into 0.94, and put in half a test of the 0.9435/40 level. If the shorts are now out, the buyers need to pick up the batton as staying below the 0.9435/40 level will keep it looking s/t bearish.
