This is how children are brought up in Israel alert, aware & responsible.
Education cannot be confined to classrooms in school. Parents role is to teach children basics of awareness, first aid & emergency response is a must. We have to make them eyes and ears for security agencies.
Most important lesson is not to freeze in any crisis & seek help.

In a landmark initiative, the Ministry of Defence has approved lifetime train travel facilities for Sena Medal, Nau Sena Medal and Vayu Sena Medal (Gallantry) Awardees, their spouses (widows/widowers until remarriage), and parents of unmarried posthumous awardees, across Indian Railways in First Class, Second AC and AC Chair Car.
A convenient and paperless digital process has been instituted for implementation of the Government sanction. Eligible beneficiaries can register online through the Indian Railway Concession Card Portal (IRCCP) at irccp.indianrail.gov.in/IRCC…. Following authentication, e-Passes will be generated online, with ticket booking through the IRCTC web portal commencing from 01 November 2026.
It reinforces Indian Army’s commitment towards the welfare and dignity of soldiers, veterans and their families.
