Hyperion is officially out in Public Beta!
You don’t need an island code anymore. You can just search “Hyperion” in Fortnite Discovery and it should pop up.
We’re still considering this the Pre-Season, so there are definitely going to be bugs, issues, and things we’ll need to improve as more people get their hands on it. But after all this time, Hyperion is finally at a point where anyone can jump in and play.
It feels really good to finally be able to say that.
This is just the beginning :)

It’s sad to see members of this community directing harassment towards developer over decisions they often have very little control over. The communication from devs such as Tofu Chris and Ted Timmins is one of the things that made Fortnite feel alive again.
