Your manual review process feels pointless. Sumsub confirmed that my verification passed, yet Plasma rejected my KYC without any explanation.
For PEP name-match cases, you seem to simply close accounts instead of allowing users to clarify false positives or provide supporting documents. That is not a fair or meaningful review process.
