Web3 is serious business?
Some say Tezos is marked for a bull run with EVM coming. Cross-chain logistics are being optimized.
Meanwhile, collecting NFTs might be the real work.
I’m speculatively bullish on XTZ for more than price action: Etherlink gives XTZ an EVM-native role, Tezos X pushes EVM + Michelson toward the same composable environment, and the infrastructure case is getting much stronger.
My ART thesis is simpler:
Buy an NFT for X tez and you have two variables over time: the value of XTZ and the value of the artwork itself. If both appreciate, it’s a multiplier on a multiplier. Art naturally still has its own cultural value and meaning beyond money. But as a long-term collecting thesis, that double exposure is interesting?

It's been almost a year since I formally parted ways with @verse_works as an employee, which is exactly why I feel compelled to say this.
The recent updates are impressive. Worth appreciating what it takes to build something like this. The technical side, the financial side. Especially when XTZ's art market hasn't been hot in years and likely won't move the needle for their sustainability in the short term.
I've seen some frustration about things not working perfectly, and I get it. But they're aggregating hundreds of thousands of new artworks on a chain they just implemented. Some friction is part of doing something that ambitious.
A little grace goes a long way. We should be lifting up anyone still building for art, and when it comes to "everything" platforms made specifically for art, they're leagues ahead of anything else out there.
If something's broken, a quick ticket usually sorts it out. That path is right there. Let's give the people doing the hard work a little room to get it right.

For the record, I collect across multiple chains, with Tezos being my favorite and ETH 2nd. There is interesting stuff on SOL too. As long as I like the art and there is a community behind it, I support it. Many of these "for the art" eth heads are nothing but emotional grifters
