Just finished this up, during the weekend the hospital's computer system was being rearranged so I didn't get some of my pre meds leaving me in a miserable state all weekend. Feeling better now and likely coming home today. Shit is hard man :(

The Pokémon League song being somber in Gen 4 feels like the games way of saying it doesn't want to end, or for the player to reflect on how far they've come, particularly with the league being on a cliff face. It always stuck with me more than the more upbeat triumphant themes.
