My request to the union education minister @dpradhanbjp that instruct all the schools to provide the traffic rules awareness to all the students from class 1st to 12th. And make it mandatory for every class and every student. Conduct the regular test also.

Set a percentage range e.g., 60%-80% as a prerequisite for the vehicle registration and driving licenses. Below 60% won’t get the license and the vehicle registration. Between 60%–70% only gets the license & registration for 2-wheelers. 70-80 eligible for 4-wheeler.

Also, a written test must be conducted before issuing the license and RC. This test will have the MCQs about the traffic rules and the guidelines & should be conducted at the centre and not online.
I believe this would help the drivers drive the vehicle safely.
