Interesting project
Quantus just put QTC on NEAR Intents, and in their own words, that is the only way to get it. Worth explaining why a chain ends up with NEAR as its sole market, because Zcash followed the same path. Quantus is a proof of work chain built for one job: money that survives a quantum computer. Every transaction is signed with ML-DSA, the NIST standard. 21 million cap. No smart contracts, no staking, no tokens on top. Deliberately nothing else. That design has a consequence. A chain with no smart contracts cannot host a DEX. There is no place on Quantus to buy QTC with anything else. A chain that refuses to be a platform still needs a market somewhere. That somewhere is NEAR Intents. QTC from 180+ assets across 30+ chains, in one swap, confidential by default. Quantus did not list on an exchange first and add Intents later. Intents is the front door. One more thing. NEAR picked ML-DSA for its own post-quantum keys. Quantus signs every transaction with it. Two chains that made the same bet now settle against each other.

Paris has become Europes version of Detroit but with more condescending attitudes and less air conditioning. Chang my mind.

Hi Tom, thanks for stopping in. I happen to work globally - with the highest subset of wealth in the world. Its kind of my job and passion. Europeans are, in fact, poor. And its increasingly difficult to gain and maintain wealth. Mass removal of wealth happens daily. Europe has wage caps and hour caps as well - limiting how much someone can work in a week, thus limiting their income. Employers are not encouraged to hire better, but keep and maintain the mediocre. Employees are encouraged to put minimal effort in and not exceed expectations. Furthermore, Eurogrowth has been abhorrent - 1.5% per year across sectors adjusted for inflation. The rules and regulations prevent innovation, makes it impossible to own or start business, and only a few places keep it afloat - like Belgium. Like it or not, Europeans are getting comfortably poorer compared to countries in Asia, North America (excluding Canada), and South America. Brazil and Argentina are doing better than the EU post COVID... That is, telling in itself.

You read a post complaining about too many sports cars on European roads as an indication that the continent is poor?

Throwback 😁 Blitzing boiiii
Throw back to last Sunday morning. Having driven the Furka and Susten pass at sunrise, this was the 8.30am drive back to the hotel in Andermatt for breakfast. 🇨🇭 🏔️ 😀 Static car and coffee meets are fine….but actually driving is what it’s all about for me.

I hope we soon start charging for the use of these roads for leisure purpose. Too many loud and speeding cars on them.

Well considering you’re in OPF, I would be shocked if you didn’t need a fuel stop on the Excel. Worth noting that particular one isn’t the nicest one out there either. I’m guessing budget played a decision role here - which is why you probably felt as the value wasn’t there. And that’s okay - totally understandable. The fundamental value here should be time savings. Depending on how much your time is worth - including the “shopping” for a charter, that’s where the big value should be at. Add the factor of being able to focus on work and keep the mindset of what you need to focus on rather than a TSA pat down, airport shuffles, and whatever other nonsense comes about. All things being said man, I am absolutely happy to work together on getting you the right experience for the right mission when you’re ready! Would love to see you happy and it’s important we keep people happy industry wide 💪
Honestly, private planes kind of suck. I had to fly to Arizona for a partnership meeting, and we flew private. I thought I'd much rather be in first class on a commercial airliner than spend a ton of money to fly from Miami to Arizona in a plane that isn't really that much more comfortable than a first class seat. Everybody wants to be on a private plane. I'm telling you, flying private is overrated.

Why do I need the Starlink in a Ferrari? Well, I just brought it home 😁 At the ripe age of 35, I thought to myself - I might not ever get the opportunity to drive cross country in a Ferrari AND want to do it. So? We do it. Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City, Atlanta, Home Beautiful views throughout the mountains, absolutely desolate to Kansas, gorgeous mountains again through Kentucky and Tennessee, then boot licking galore of Georgia, and finally home. Big shoutout to the people who drive the same speed as semi trucks in the right lane blocking everyone behind your because brain ded Even bigger shoutout to the folks who moved the heck over when this thing came blitzing past. I wasn’t out to set any records like @LN2_R0gue but we made some good time and no unplanned “stops” were made 🙃 Granted, I probably did set the record using a Ferrari though. And I’m the only title holder to have been a Patel in a Ferrari at that speed for that distance. Which is probably more impressive than the FSD guys who set a record with zero existing standing - if we are competing with nobody and that counts 🤷‍♂️😂 Also big shoutout to the people of X for running tech support and massive love to Kat from our office who supported stops, ressy, hotels, and on the road deliveries 💪
Yo @Starlink and @elonmusk Can we get the speed ceiling raised to 130 mph please… Even going 90 it’ll shut itself off and some of us live up in that speed.

Ever in doubt if you’re flying private? Take your shirt off and sit in every seat on the airplane. If this causes an issue it’s not private.
Back home to Vegas. Massive 3 years coming in these markets. Strap in. You will be flying private soon.

A smooth takeoff from the green 🟢✈️ Ramp, what a view!
Community note
This is AI. Notice the splash, it’s unrealistic. The plane floats after crashing, it has nothing to float on. There’s either no propeller during the start, or it’s spinning the whole time. That’s not human powered. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. AI slop. forbes.com/sites/technolo… rd.com/article/how-to… howtogeek.com/how-you-can-sp…

Let me introduce you to…. Tornado cash.
Developers just figured out a way to hide who sent bitcoin, who received it, and how much moved, without changing Bitcoin itself. This new proposed idea is not a fork around the protocol or new cryptocurrency. This is how Bitcoin was designed, a base layer people can innovate on without asking permission. On Thursday, researcher Misha Komarov and colleagues published Shielded Bitcoin, a Zcash-style shielded pool for Bitcoin’s base layer. Encrypted notes and zero-knowledge proofs ride along in ordinary Bitcoin transactions. Separate software checks that no coins are created from nothing and none are spent twice. There is no company running the pool, no sidechain, and no soft fork. Funds go in and out through cryptographic vaults Komarov has been building, called PIPEs, so no federation has to hold the bitcoin. Miners do not enforce the privacy rules. Invalid shielded data can still land in a block, indexers simply ignore it. The trade is: Bitcoin stays conservative, and the experiment lives on top of it. If it works, private transfers arrive the way most of Bitcoin’s best ideas have, not by rewriting the constitution, but by building on the settlement layer everyone already trusts.
