What an amazing experience, 12,000 runners at the Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon, even saw him and Kev! Tough & hot conditions and hilly course plus cramp from mile 14 to the finish mean Iβm over the moon with my first sub 4 and a 6 minute PB ππββοΈ @runcompod aaarooogah!!

A tale of two weekends and half marathons. I really think Great North Run has outgrown itself, itβs not the best race or course and too busy. Copenhagen yesterday showed how you do a mass participation event properly and the whole weekend was one of my favourites ever π€·ββοΈππββοΈ π©π°

WRRC Copenhagen Half Marathon was everything I expected and more. Ran on feel and paced it very well but, most of all, I loved that run! Amazing course and crowds and Iβm sure Iβve found my new favourite race! ππββοΈπͺβ€οΈππ€π©π° @RunComPod @WorldAthletics
