I was at O2 Centre Finchley Rd today to see my grandson at Little Gym on the top floor. Neither of the down escalators are working & are closed off with NO SIGNAGE on the top floor locating the fire exit stairs. I couldn’t find them. Can this be corrected ASAP please.
