🇬🇧 UK crypto regulation just entered a new phase. The FCA has officially opened its application gateway for crypto companies seeking authorisation under the UK’s new regulatory regime. Applications are open from today until February 28, 2027. The new framework will cover areas including crypto trading platforms, custody, stablecoin issuance and staking. The UK is putting a proper regulatory framework around crypto. That could be a big step for adoption.

JUST IN: 🇺🇸 SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce calls to end mass KYC data collection, warning it puts crypto holders at risk of phishing and physical attacks. Pierce says the current KYC/AML system creates massive databases of sensitive information that can be hacked, leaked, or exploited. She's pushing for zero-knowledge proofs (ZK proofs) that could verify users meet regulatory requirements without exposing their personal information.

To enjoy a couple more billions, how would that benefit him? Wouldn’t he instead ultimately want to take REVENGE on every hater out there? Show his middle finger to the world and live to witness by becoming a forever legend? Wouldn’t he want to actually make an IMPACT to the world by helping longevity and be the first man to create a thousand millionaires? What would have changed if he had pumped the chain in the past 2 years where the market sucked anyway, we never had a real bull run, only to dump back to where it‘s now, with little to no money left to bring it back to life? Which chart looks better? One that prints a god candle from the bottom, or one where it‘s fighting against constant resistance in a downwards spiral? Did we see any alt season in the past years, did we see ETH pump hard? No? So why should PulseChain have done anything? Aren’t the majority of top alts still down -80 to -99%? So why should PulseChain be the exception? Why should have PulseChain wasted dry powder in a mid cycle correction? Wouldn’t Richard rather use all his marketing and financial powers in a bull market? When alt season is pretty much confirmed and no more shakeouts stand in the way? You don't hire @QuinnEmanuel because you're planning to run. You hire serious lawyers when you're preparing to fight. That's the part people seem to forget. While people were writing @RichardHeartWin, calling him a scammer, abandoning the community and declaring the story over, a very different process was taking place behind the scenes. Lawyers. Legal strategy. Silence when silence was necessary. And a fight being handled where fights like this are actually fought. The @SECGov allegations. The jurisdiction questions. The international complications. The legal restrictions surrounding what Richard could say and do publicly. None of that makes the allegations disappear. But it also doesn't prove the story the internet decided to tell itself. And if the legal picture continues moving in the direction many people are now watching, some of the people who walked away may eventually have to confront a very uncomfortable question: What if they made their decision before the story was finished? Richard didn't disappear. He hired lawyers and went to war. And PulseChain never stopped being here. Notice how the people who were demanding RH use his money to pump their bags, were the same ones who jump ship and promote/chase pump and dumps on other chains? If he did, it's clear now they would've dumped on all of us to abandon the ethos of Richard Heart for profit.
