At one point during her speech, it sounded like someone was weeping in the background as well.
"I acknowledge we failed you… We didn’t create an environment where you could serve your country to the highest level with pride and determination..."
Canada continues to prove it is one of the most pathetic countries in the world.

The harsh reality is that the Americas are very violent lands. If you think the U.S. is violent Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, etc are unimaginably worse. Even Canada which is the safest country in the Americas is still more dangerous than most of Europe
