Black people need to accept that we’re moving toward pure, unadulterated racism that can’t be rationalised with. They’d rather see us suffer or dead than see us simply existing, living normally. Nothing matters to them… not your grades, your experience, your work. Even with proof in front of them, they won’t believe it, because they don’t think you deserve it. Yesterday several Black kids posted their A-Level results and suddenly it’s “DEI.” In Britain….where exams are marked blind and DEI has nothing to do with any of it. Even when you work hard, they’ll tell you that you did not.

Stay away from people who need no evidence to believe a lie about you, but need a ton of evidence before considering the truth.

Access to you should become harder as your value increases and not easier because people suddenly notice it.
