We messed up.
Our collaboration with RuneScape is a passion project that brought together people from across 100 Thieves to create a celebration of OSRS and RuneFest.
Last night, we teased one of our concepts - one we were particularly excited about. The design clearly had AI in it and we missed it.
We first started conversations with Jagex to work on this project in July. We were beyond excited, and we took on this collaboration knowing we had to deliver this with a little more than a month’s time to design, review, approve, and manufacture the apparel. To speed things up, we worked with multiple graphic designers to ensure we hit the deadline. However, during the last phase of the tee design, one of our designers used AI to hurriedly edit the piece and we pushed a sample to production for our photoshoot.
100 Thieves was built by designers, artists, creators, and gamers that pour their soul into defining what gaming culture should be. AI has no place in our apparel design. A principle we share with Jagex, whose games and artwork are built on the creativity and craft of human artists and developers, and would not have approved of the use of AI in this.
Old School RuneScape is cherished by many of us at 100 Thieves. Including our Content team across esports, our Partnerships team, our Apparel Leads, our Marketing Leads, and Social Managers. Many OSRS veterans came together to make this collaboration happen, and even more of us had our eyes freshly opened to the world of Gielinor and RuneScape. Unfortunately, it is now overshadowed by our failure to create something both of our communities could be proud of.
Sorry to the OSRS community and to our fans, we clearly did not live up to our own standards. We are actively working with Jagex on the collaboration as we look to make things right.

🔴 THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT WINDOWS 11 26H2
Win 11 26H2 acts primarily as an enablement package that turns on features rolled out over the past year, but introduces several under-the-hood changes and stability issues. This may be a risky update for highly optimized systems.
1) Driver Security Overhaul:
The Windows kernel no longer trusts cross-signed third-party drivers by default, relying strictly on the Windows Hardware Compatibility Program and an allow list of drivers.
2) UI Customizations:
The taskbar can now be moved to the top, left or right sides of the screen, and the Start menu features a new scrollable "All" apps section.
3) Multi-App Camera:
Multiple applications can now access a single camera stream simultaneously.
4) Task Manager:
New optional columns provide visibility into NPU (Neural Processing Unit) usage and AppContainer isolation.
5) The state of bloatware:
The update continues the trend of integrating more services and more forced telemetry rather than a clean OS. Microsoft has embedded AI agents directly into the Taskbar, Settings and Task Manager, with "Researcher in Microsoft Copilot" being a prominent new addition.
6) Impact on Gaming and Streaming PCs:
- Custom OS & Kernel Tweaks: The strict WHCP driver enforcement can break custom NIC drivers, kernel mods, and advanced registry tweaks designed to lock down thread scheduling or lower system latency.
- Streaming Hardware Failures: A major known bug in the update causes USB Audio Class 1.0 devices to fail with a "Code 10" error or zero sound. This can instantly affect audio interfaces, streaming cameras, or USB microphones.
- GPU Instability: Early reports indicate that the update is triggering broken GPU drivers, TDR crashes and black screens.
This update is NOT recommended until the underlying USB audio and GPU timeout bugs are resolved.
