I don't hate One Piece or Gear 5 I just wish they'd take notes on how Jujutsu Kaisen did Toon Force right with Takaba if they insist on doing these gags

I see it ending in 3 different scenarios. Luffy is capable of perceiving and moving at light speed but Takaba is capable of using his CT subconsciously as long as he finds it funny to survive. So brute forced speed blitzing is off the table. Conqueror's Haki would be able to break Takabas confidence leaving him vulnerable for a lethal blow but depends on the nature of how Takaba would react to it. So Luffy would need to use his brain on this one. This is the clearest way I see Luffy winning. Takaba is a pacifist in nature so he wouldn't really do anything to really kill luffy but more so stall until Gear 5 is exhausted completely and would leave it at a draw. The only way I see Takaba winning is if he accidentally finds it funny that they would suddenly be under the ocean suffocating Luffy. So Luffy has a much better chance of winning given he can figure out Takaba's nature, or just a straight up draw.
