@elonmusk wins for many reasons but one major reason is pushing his employees to believe the stuff they are working on could’ve been completed yesterday.

Affordable Level 5 self-driving requires AGI and is still at least 5-10 years away. First you need multimodal multiplexed AGI, then you need real-time inference, then on an energy-efficient, low-cost edge chip. Many steps left.

The cursor team is cooking so hard on social media right now. While most if not all ChatGPT developers don’t even have affiliation badges.
One of their lead developers could be showing on my timeline and I wouldn’t even notice they work for OpenAI
Wish I could customize my X feed to show company affiliation feed so I don’t have to follow each developer.
Because there’s no way I’m keeping up when they get fired or quit to unfollow.
