Earlier this year, @prtyDAO joined Stripe, and the fully featured PartyDAO interface was sunset. We were fairly early adopters thanks to a crowd funded Ghouls party, which purchased a total of 78 ghouls over the lifetime of PartyDAO. TLDR: I would like to move these assets under the control of a @safe multi-sig as a 𝔖𝔱𝔯𝔞𝔱𝔢𝔤𝔦𝔠 𝔊𝔥𝔬𝔲𝔩 ℜ𝔢𝔰𝔢𝔯𝔳𝔢. Please read on, particularly if you were involved in the initial crowdfund. 1/3

A few more details about the party: -Rage Quit has always been disabled for this party -No NFT assets were flagged as preciousTokens, therefore can be transferred out. As a legacy party this would require 100% voting participation (likely impossible). -ETH cannot normally be sent out (only ERC-20's) -Most of the original 3.62 ETH crowdfund was made up of contributions between 0.01-0.2 ETH, as well as a particularly generous 1 ETH from @basedidiot666 While some of this info sounds unfortunate initially, an emergencyExecute (Abitrary Bytecode Proposal) can get us around these restrictions based on our read of documentation.
