Navigating Hyperbitcoinization and the AI Singularity. Championing Digital Capital, building with Digital Intelligence, the keys to a prosperous tomorrow.

The world is changing fast. We are navigating Hyperbitcoinization and the continued penetration of digital capital, Bitcoin, into the future of finance. At the same time, we are witnessing the emergence of digital intelligence and the AI Singularity, disrupting every business model and the way we work forever. On one side, we have a solid, never changing foundation. On the other, we have exponential acceleration and change. I think it’s the adoption and mastery of these two tools that are critical for a prosperous future.

And so it begins. 5.217% and rising.
When the US 10-Year hits 5.35% tomorrow and Bessent is forced to talk the bond market off the edge of a cliff by offering a marked increase in bond buybacks, he will unanimously kick off the beginning of the Bitcoin super cycle. 🚀

It’s on. Daily dividends will have $STRC pinned to par and the accumulation engine back in full force. Bitcoin Yield is [finally] on its way back.
Strategy is proposing daily dividends on $STRF, $STRC, $STRK, and $STRD, accruing every calendar day, including weekends and holidays, and paid the next business day, with economics unchanged. The proposed changes aim to support price stability, liquidity, and demand.

US 10-year yield at 5.18% and rising. Bond prices are literally collapsing. These are the global reserve assets 😆. The world economy is built on these assets as the back bone and yet they are more volatile than Bitcoin at this point. The only question is when do we get intervention. Rates rise until the Treasury and Fed step in more meaningfully. All eyes on bitcoin. It’ll price in the money printer before anything else.

It only ends with intervention. First the treasury, and eventually the Fed. Bitcoiners have posited and discussed this end game for years, and are defensively positioned. Now we witness the theory play out in plain sight. Global, sovereign debt crisis in full bloom.
Bonds continue their monumental decline. Where will it end?

We are so close to the end game, it’s crazy. We are in the midst of a sovereign debt crisis. There is no more demand for the debt of the west. The music is literally stopping and the only way to keep the ponzi going is by printing money and buying the debt to cap yields. It’s so simple. Financial physics at play.
US 10Yr bond yields are going vertical. Bessent in panic mode. They will be forced to print to buy the Treasuries and keep a lid on rates. Got Bitcoin?

I simply can’t imagine what a BTC bull market will look like with both $STRC and $SATA running at full steam. Everyone thinks demand for bitcoin has plateaued. I’m not sure they fully appreciate the potential demand for digital credit. The market stress tested the model this year… And it passed. Now it’s time to reap the rewards.

Every bitcoin acquired by a treasury company forces a higher price for the next bitcoin acquired. Simple fixed supply economics. It’s a race to accumulate, and $MSTR’s accumulation engine is off while our competitor is going full steam. Unacceptable. There is a market rate for Digital Capital. And $STrC is below it. And because of that, shareholders (like me) are not being rewarded with BTC yield at these cycle low prices…. The sooner $STRC gets to par, the better. And I suspect with the market expanding the mNAV premium recently, we are not far off. HODL. This bull market is about to kick into high gear.

No matter what @saylor or @phongle say, $MSTR is in competition with Strive ($SATA product) and right now they are outcompeting $MSTR. Yes, $MSTR is leading in BTC held, but Bitcoin Yield potential ultimately drives go-forward equity performance. $STRC sub par is an unacceptable condition and it’s unfortunate that Bitcoin will likely be much higher by the time it sustains par.
$SATA traded ~666.7K shares today for roughly $66.7M of dollar volume - which is more than 2x average volume. Closed above par at $100.01.

The timing is not by accident. The fed was able to demonstrate its “independence” with the last rate hike. But with yields at 5% on the US 10-year, the market needs reprieve. How? Collapse the oil price. Lower inflation expectations. Clear the way for lower yields/rates going forward. And Blow the biggest asset bubble heading into Q4….
BREAKING: Saudi Arabia has restarted its East-West oil pipeline, which bypasses the Strait of Hormuz. Oil has dropped below $90 on this news.

The Bitcoin bull market kicks into high gear once $STRC is able to reclaim $100. The biggest issue with $MSTR’s model is capital is abundant at BTC highs but unavailable during the depths of a bear. This means that @saylor will effectively be buying the “top” during every cycle, unable to really take advantage of the cycle lows. It’s not perfect. But the outcome will still be great as BTC bought at $100k will still look like a steal at BTC $1M and beyond… And so the reflexive cycles will repeat over and over….this story is just beginning.

Big day for $MSTR. Up 13.38%. The 2030 Convert A is now in the money. This matters more than you think. When a convert goes back in the money it starts behaving like equity rather than debt, because holders expect to convert rather than demand cash. Senior claims sitting above the preferreds effectively disappear. Less debt above, more collateral below. This is the mechanism that dragged STRC down in June and it's now running in reverse. Credit quality improves, spreads tighten and the path back to par gets easier. Everything gets better in a Bitcoin bull market. You are not bullish enough.

America added 162,000 payroll jobs on a base of 159.1 million—0.10%. BLS puts the 90% confidence interval on the monthly change at roughly ±122,000. Yet trillions in assets reprice because economists guessed 56,000. We have turned statistical noise into monetary policy.
