This almost feels like it lined itself up. Maria Bartiromo. Nick Shirley. X News. One veteran anchor who knows how to run a serious broadcast. One independent journalist who actually gets out there and finds the story. Put them together on a black-and-white X News set and tell me that doesn’t make perfect sense. No stale cable-news routine. No pretending people still want the same old garbage. This needs to happen. Somebody make the call, @elonmusk.

If BTC holds near today’s ~$81k through September 30, Strategy’s Q3 mark-to-market on the bitcoin stack would be on the order of +$19B, or roughly $45 per fully diluted share (est. 430M shares) versus the June 30 close.
The next MSTR earnings call is going to be above average:

It's now or never for the Clarity Act. Dems can lock in 120+ negotiated wins: a historic ethics agreement covering the President, VP, Congress & federal judges, plus the certainty consumers and this industry need. To get there, Democrats need to join us in voting yes at 2:15.
Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.) tells a large gaggle of reporters that if the Clarity cloture vote fails today, "I think we're done. It's over. Because we've been working on this bill for over a year, and we've given them over 120 of their requests. That's enough."

After a year of intense daily bipartisan negotiations, this bill is ready. Here is the final text. President Trump voluntarily agreed to new ethics provisions holding every federally elected official, judge, and their spouses to some of the toughest ethics restrictions in U.S. history. This new text includes more than 120 of Democrats' demands. A no vote on Tuesday means opposing real ethics reforms on politicians' personal investments, handing American leadership in digital assets to our foreign competitors, and leaving Americans with zero protections in the digital asset markets. Democrats got what they wanted; now they need to take yes for an answer. Here's the latest: lummis.senate.gov/press-rele…

Goldman Sachs says it sees $IREN's 5GW of secured power and execution track record as a strategic advantage 👀 This follows as Nvidia announced a partnership in Australia with IREN and other infrastructure developers, & Berkshire Hathaway "betting heavily in AI" by investing in the land and utilities needed to power these sites. Power and capacity is still the strongest moat available in the current economics, and it will be for a couple years. Software will be more of value when supply catches up with demand. But by that time I believe $IREN will have a advanced software platform. Today it's about how you fund your capacity, when you sell it and how you sell it. People like to often compare Coreweave and Nebius to IREN because they have advance software platform, but no one questions that all their contracts are bare-metal platforms to spin a flywheels because of their existing "capacity". Neither do they say that $NVDA backs all those companies and none would be where they are without them (their gpu's). Software or no software they all have the same capabilities to command the same "Ferrari rental" price per mw in the short term. I have yet to see software play a advantage in any of this buildout. The only advantage I have seen is in strong commercial execution, capacity and how you fund that capacity. So far IREN has received the higher price per mw's from the public neoclouds. As a IREN shareholder, I see the company in a way better position than I did at the beginning of the year but the stock price is still the same and the TCV/ARR multiples are lower. Even with the recent dilution I see path to $80 without signing any new contract but just delivering on their already existing contracted capacity. This is if they manage to not need the ATM until year end.

Let me put this in perspective for people who don’t follow $ASST and $MSTR. $ASST owns 23,156 Bitcoin. This week they bought ~1148 BTC from $SATA. Thats a 5% increase of their balance sheet in one week. THEY GREW CAPITAL HELD BY 5% IN ONE WEEK. Read that again. This is equivalent to $MSTR buying 42,252 Bitcoin in one week. Companies don’t just increase capital held by 5% a week. THIS ISNT NORMAL. Oh and Bitcoin is at 79k. Can you imagine what $ASST is going to look like at Bitcoin all time highs? So yes the MNAV is at 2 currently, but make no mistake, it is still undervalued.
$SATA (Strive) weekly recap: ~1,148 BTC estimated across 5 active days—ATM running 90% above the 4-week average. Thursday's 407k ATM volume cracked the all-time top 10. Monday's 8-K confirms the official numbers.

This is why I love living in rural Indiana. Out here, a farm can set fresh sweet corn by the road, leave a handwritten sign that says “Take what you want, leave the money in the jar,” and trust folks to do the right thing. It may seem like a small thing, but it says a lot about this place, hardworking farmers, neighbors who still look out for one another, and a kind of honesty that hasn’t disappeared. Fresh corn, an old coffee can for change, and faith in people, rural Indiana at its finest 🙏
