Ensuring I took care of @DENGSonApe was a non-starter, non-negotiable piece of this whole thing. I want the foundation of TMF to be built on people I KNOW believe in it/me and will support for years to come.
I recognize it can't be ONLY Deng holders if we want to scale much larger, so we will find tons of ways to bring in other new folks.
But there will be secondary on the NFTs. And there will be a token. So if you really believe in this as we do, there are a lot of ways to play.

The best managers I worked under without exception - were very organized people in their lives.
The worst - always in firefighting mode. And there were never any exceptions, discipline really does decide everything.
A lot of people take management courses, watch lectures on leadership, and somehow skip the most basic thing - order.
You run a team of 50, but you were watching reels until 3 am, slept through your alarm, rushed out the door in wrinkled clothes, and skipped breakfast because the food delivery took forever.
How exactly are you supposed to manage anyone well today? If you want to be a good manager, you first have to learn to manage yourself.
I've sat in meetings where someone shares their screen and just... can't find the tab. Dozens of tabs open, the browser lagging from all the switching, everything freezing. If your laptop is chaos, what does that say about how you run a team? If the screen itself is smudged and half-visible - what management are we even talking about?
If you can't get your own life in order - always rushing, always behind, what example does that set for your team leads?
Remember the movie Limitless, where the pill made the main character's brain run at full capacity? The first thing he did once he got smarter wasn't close a deal or launch a company. He cleaned his apartment.
It's simple: order is the foundation everything else is built on - processes, accountability, control, efficiency.
So teach yourself to live with order, to control your day, your time. Teach yourself to get angry at chaos and disorder - and managing the world around you will be a whole lot easier.
