Overall, Region 3 looks different than usual, but is okay. I disagree with Leander ISD's inclusion over Round Rock, but understand why UIL sent the Austin area to R3 rather than R4. I was impressed with UIL not creating any 6- or 7-team districts in the Houston area.

This district could have been in R2, but UIL wanted to limit travel. Seems that Round Rock ISD would've been the better choice over Leander ISD though.
