At the time I thought it was pitiful but in the end, @26DrDeath was right.

Former employees said the Las Vegas Raiders organization is in disarray, citing executive departures, poor financial management, unpaid electric bills and a raft of firings, payouts and NDAs.

Report says #Raiders owner Mark Davis has become frustrated with the turnout of opposing fans in recent weeks…
“Allegiant Stadium continues to be more of a friendly home for visiting fans than the great home field it was for years in Oakland.”

On question of whether NFL is investigating Raiders after allegations of workplace misconduct, league says that it "has been reviewing" workplace practices and policies with the team. wp.me/pbBqYq-cjiP

This clown does not care about Raiders fans AT ALL.

Could not agree more, Florio.
If Mark Davis loves the Raiders, he should set them free -- and pocket roughly $10 billion in the process. nbcsports.com/nfl/profootbal…

Poor money management.
NFL coaching contracts are fully guaranteed.
So with the Raiders firing Josh McDaniels last night (and Jon Gruden resigning in '21), they are now paying somewhere between $40M & $80M for them not to coach the team, depending on Gruden's settlement.
That's poor money management.

Raider fans love making excuses for mediocrity. All the losing has made them delusional.
Mark Davis gets a lot of slack for the way he’s managed the Raiders, but maybe he shouldn’t. With Mark at the helm, the Raiders have been able to climb out of the ‘bottom of the barrel’ status they previously had, and haven’t looked back since.
Between the ‘03-‘10 seasons, an eight-year span, the Raiders finished last in the AFC West 4 times (50%) and second-to-last the remaining 4 seasons. All in the meanwhile, the team was digging themselves deeper and deeper in cap trouble just to finish with more than 5 wins once in 8 years.
When Mark took over, he made it a priority to hire a general manager who would fix the Raiders’ cap problem - and Reggie McKenzie, Mark’s choice for general manager, did just that.
In a few short years, McKenzie gave the Raiders an identity. Players around the league took notice and, for the first time in a long while, big-named free agents took the Silver and Black serious. This proved especially true in 2016 when the Raiders were able to snag household names such as Kelechi Osemele, Donald Penn, Bruce Irvin, Sean Smith and Reggie Nelson simultaneously.
Since Mark took over in 2011, the Raiders have finished last in the AFC West just 3 times in 13 seasons. For reference, in this timespan, the Raiders have finished top-2 in the AFC West *more* times than they’ve finished in last. 9 of the Raiders’ 13 seasons have resulted in more than 5 wins - as a reminder, prior to Mark, the team accomplished this feat once in 8 seasons.
As of today, both in terms of roster and coaching staff, the Raiders’ future seems brighter than it’s been in 2 decades.
The media often pretends the Raiders are bottom-feeders, but the truth is, that hasn’t been the case since Mark Davis took over. Although he’s made his fair share of mistakes, Mark doesn’t get enough credit for the team’s clear advancements he’s been responsible for.

Luckily we have King Joshua to put things in the proper context. 🤴🏻
The #Raiders have the 6th worst record and 0 playoff wins since Mark Davis took over. That’s not good
