I picked up a pair of Meta Ray-Ban glasses a few weeks ago. Mostly curious, if I’m being honest. The feature I keep coming back to? Looking at a document and simply asking it to read and summarise for me. Sounds small, but when you’re scanning through multiple reports or contracts, it’s quietly useful. What surprised me more is how I’ve caught myself being more present. Not dramatically, it’s not like I’m wearing these all day. But in those moments when I do, I’m reaching for my phone less. The information comes to me rather than pulling me away. There’s something about having tech that doesn’t demand your constant attention. It responds when you need it, then gets out of the way. Maybe that’s what wearable AI should actually feel like. . . #SmartGlasses #MetaRayBan #WearableAI #DigitalMinimalism #AI

Heard of the three friends who knew nothing about coffee but decided to start a café anyway? In 2016, they opened a tiny café in Koramangala, Bengaluru. None of them had worked in coffee before. They just loved it and believed India's local coffee beans deserved better than being shipped abroad while we drank instant powder at home. For the first 20 months, they did everything themselves. Taking orders, brewing coffee, mopping floors. They weren't just building a business. They were proving to Indian farmers that there was a market here for premium local coffee. Their big idea? Source directly from farmers in Chikmagalur and Coorg, cut out middlemen, pay fair prices. Show customers exactly where their coffee came from. Today? Over 114 cafés across India. The company? Third Wave Coffee. What strikes me most is how they stayed true to their original vision. They've built a community, not just a chain. Sometimes the best businesses don't come from industry experts. They come from people who care enough to figure it out as they go. Image source: Passionate In Marketing . . #MondayMotivation #ThirdWaveCoffee #StartupStory

228 billion UPI transactions in 2025. The real story isn't the numbers – it's how payments have become invisible. We don't think about paying anymore, we just pay. That shift from transaction to experience is what changes markets. livemint.com/industry/bankin…

New year, new start. 2026 is here. And with it, new challenges we can see and plenty we can't. The industry will move faster. Customer expectations will shift. Technology will evolve in ways we're only beginning to understand. But here's what I know: the companies that will thrive aren't the ones with perfect plans. They're the ones willing to listen, adapt and learn as they go. I'm looking forward to what we'll build this year. The conversations we'll have. The problems we'll solve. The people we'll work with. Let's make it count. . . #NewYear2026 #NewBeginnings #HappyNewYear

For my final post of 2025, I wanted to share something a bit different. I picked up Tim Marshall's "Prisoners of Geography" a few years ago, expecting a book about maps. What I got was something that fundamentally changed how I think about business strategy. Marshall's central argument is simple but powerful: despite all our technology, we're still constrained by rivers, mountains, deserts and seas. Geography shapes not just history but the decisions leaders make today. The chapter on India hit differently. Marshall explains how the Indian subcontinent is too large and diverse for true centralised control. How the Himalayas act as both a natural barrier and a strategic asset. How our geography creates challenges but also opportunities that no other market can replicate. It made me rethink how we approach expansion at BenQ India & South Asia. You can't apply the same strategy across regions when geography creates such different market dynamics. What works in Mumbai won't necessarily work in Delhi. What succeeds in India might need complete reimagining for Bangladesh or Nepal. The book was written nearly a decade ago, but its insights feel more relevant now. We talk about borderless commerce and global supply chains, but recent years have shown us that geography still matters. Port access matters. Infrastructure matters. Physical proximity to markets matters. Marshall writes that leaders are "prisoners" of geography. But I'd argue it's more nuanced. Geography sets the boundaries, but how we work within those boundaries is where innovation happens. What books have changed how you think about your work? . . #RajeevRecommends #BooksThatInspire #YearEndReflection #ContinuousLearning #Hello2026

Our annual cricket tournament wrapped up recently, and Jeffrey's team showed up ready to play. Team Tigers fought hard, but sometimes the better team wins. What I'll remember isn't the scoreboard though. It's watching colleagues who spend their days discussing quarterly targets suddenly arguing about field placements. It's the laughter when someone dropped an easy catch. It's the collective groan when a boundary sealed our fate. We take our work seriously at BenQ India. But days like this remind us not to take ourselves too seriously. Congratulations to Team Panthers. Next year, we're coming for that trophy. . . #BenQIndia #CricketMatch #TeamSpirit #WorkHardPlayHard #BeyondTheBoardroom #TuesdayFeeling

True victory isn’t just on the scoreboard. It’s in restraint, respect, and the ability to pause when emotions run high. Grace never goes out of style. Amazing @ArjunErigaisi

As Christmas lights brighten our homes, I find myself reflecting on what makes this season truly special.🎄 It's not just about the festivities or the year-end rush to close projects. For me, Christmas has always been about pausing to appreciate the people who've made the journey worthwhile - colleagues who've gone the extra mile, partners who've trusted us through challenges, and families who've supported us through it all. At BenQ India, we're wrapping up what has been quite a remarkable year. As we head into the holiday season, I want to wish you all a wonderful Christmas. May your days be filled with warmth, joy, and precious moments with loved ones. Merry Christmas!🎁 . . #MerryChristmas #SeasonOfJoy #WarmWishes #FestiveCheer

Grateful to be featured in @ncnmagazine's year-end roundup alongside some brilliant industry voices. My take: 2025 was about smart, sustainable displays finding their moment. 2026? It's where AI, visual intelligence and eco-conscious design truly converge. ncnonline.net/2025-in-review…

"Why not?" - two words that should define how we all approach life. These Biker Dadis from Ahmedabad remind us that age is just a number. It's the spirit that counts. The confidence, the joy, the refusal to let anything hold you back.
VIDEO | Cruising through city streets on a scooter with a sidecar, two octogenarian sisters from Ahmedabad have won hearts as the “Biker Dadis.” Eighty-seven-year-old Mandakini Shah enjoys cheerful rides with her younger sister, effortlessly navigating Ahmedabad’s bustling traffic with poise and confidence, creating moments of pure joy along the way. And when people ask what drives her passion at this age, she answers with an indomitable spirit: “Why not?” (Full video available on PTI Videos - ptivideos.com)

Delhi's air has been unbearable this month. Which means air purifier sales have predictably skyrocketed. But something else caught my attention. A Delhi resident went viral on reddit for building his own air purifier. Total cost? 2,000 rupees. A box, a HEPA filter, an exhaust fan, some cardboard and tape. His homemade device reduced indoor AQI from 380 to 50 in 15 minutes. Classic jugaad. The logic is compelling. Why spend 20,000 rupees on one purifier when you can build four for 8,000? Economics aside, there's something deeply Indian about this response to crisis - resourcefulness over resignation. These aren't elegant solutions. They're functional ones. No app integration, no sleek design, no brand promise. Just engineering basics applied with materials at hand. And from what I'm seeing online, they work. This is how India solves problems. What's the most creative jugaad solution you've seen lately? #DelhiPollution #AirPollution
