Well the Canaan Nano miner arrived today, seems to be working well, so far getting just over 4 Th/s on braiins pool. Setup was fast and simple. Not measured power consumption yet but it's apparently around 140w, I'm seeing around 100w or so extra load on the inverter it's connected to so that's probably about right.

Still evaluating my next move after #stadia. I'm definitely staying local PC but want an easy streaming experience too Steam Remote Play works ok, its vastly improved but still buggy Tried rainway and that has been a failure seems very buggy Tried parsec but no games browser

Well just gave steam in-home streaming another go after over 2 years and it does seem to have improved greatly in response time and this was using the same hardware I originally used to use (an ancient GTX 10 Series Laptop GPU) I compared slow motion and it looks identical now.

Stadia tech was the best around. Would you use it if it relaunched as a seamless service to just use your steam library.

I currently get what could be considered some of the cheapest electricity in the UK with most days like this at around 20p (electricity use minus nicehash earnings). This is on a EV tariff with around 20kWh of battery storage. Let's see how it goes after the ETH merge.
