E-bikes in Boise were a "litmus test" for parenting... showed we had too many incompetent parents who thought buying their kids E-bikes was a good idea, and we actually do need the government to parent children in far too many cases. They were all over the place, kids filling ER's, a couple deaths... one law and it all went away.
