Hey @askcomenity and @BreadFinancial for an "American" company in Ohio you sure have a lot of Indians working EVERYWHERE. Unsurprisingly, they're beyond incompetent to deal with and completely incapable of understanding even simple dialogue, which basically makes every interaction with them a marathon of pain as they just revert back to their prepackaged script. I especially like how you've trained the phone staff to tell you to use secure messaging online and the secure messaging staff tells you to call the phone staff so they can both get you off the phone/msg as fast as possible so their numbers look good on a spreadsheet for your middle management without actually helping in any way. Because why hire Americans who might actually understand your customers and help them when you can hire cheap Indians who run you in circles until they frustrate you into just closing all of your credit accounts that you've had for going on a decade. I love your business strategy of enraging your customers into closing their accounts. A+
