Due to feedback we rephrased the label for the v8.0.0 docs to `< 8.2.0`.

UI / UX is a never ending process. E.g we are still not entirely happy with the code tabs, but we'll introduce further improvements as we go. This week we'll get back working on the ReScript playground UI, and also add back some important features, such as share-links.

Small UI changes in the @rescriptlang documentation: API signatures are now displayed in a more consistent manner (also added back H2 headings for each API item). We also changed the looks of our code tabs components and reduced paddings / spacings in the content area.
