The BioWare devs know how to run the studio alright, right into the ground,
Hiring people that will destroy once great games and IP’s.
A Canadian political leader is calling for the government to help BioWare developers buy the studio from EA and run it themselves.
NDP leader Avi Lewis says the developers should get the first shot at taking control, with government support.
“The developers at BioWare know how to run the studio. They know how to make the games we all love.”
He also criticized corporate ownership, arguing that Canada should keep control of major game studios in Canadian hands.

Yeah no one buying at these prices,
the ps5 will likely be kept far longer than the ps4.
Sony's PlayStation 6 price is set to surpass $1,000, as RAM and SSD costs alone have risen over $680. 🔗 wccf.tech/1lebv

BBC forcing their way into YouTube to use it as an excuse to fleece the British people who refuse to watch their propaganda.
📺 Big news! @BBCNews is now streaming live on YouTube in the UK and U.S.
YouTube is the home for high-quality, trusted news: in the first half of 2026 alone, viewers watched over 18 billion hours of news content on the platform. By using @YouTube's live tools, iconic broadcasters like the BBC can build deep, authentic rapport, bringing global communities together to learn, discuss, and follow history as it happens.
Community note
This comes as part of a wider move to expand the license fee charter. An upcoming government white paper will recommend Britons be forced to fund the BBC if they use YouTube, Netflix, Amazon or Disney Plus
