During his testimony at the Allison Inquiry, U.S. Senator Ron Johnson shared the story of a vaccine-injured Canadian woman who ultimately received Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID).
For patients living with complex chronic illness, the contrast raises a difficult question: What does it say when a pathway to medically assisted death can exist while patients are still fighting for recognition, appropriate treatment, and meaningful support?
Patients should not be left feeling that death is their clearest path forward. They deserve treatment plans. They deserve physicians willing and equipped to investigate their symptoms. They deserve mental health support, community, and hope for a future with better care.

Faye Link and her husband, retired military chaplain James Link, are among the military families still fighting for answers and accountability.
Faye shared that James was healthy prior to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine but later developed serious cardiac conditions, ultimately requiring a pacemaker and cardiac ablation.
Their story comes as Dr. Theresa Long investigates 2,544 military deaths reported to VAERS following COVID-19 vaccination. The reported deaths remain unverified.

More than 98% of COVID-19 vaccine injury claims have been denied so far.
Federal law gives HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. the authority to review or reverse any of those decisions. ICAN's legal team found that authority in the statute and formally appealed to Kennedy to reexamine the denied cases.
@delbigtree says the discovery wasn't Kennedy's. It came from ICAN's legal team combing through HHS documents looking for exactly this kind of opening, work made possible by the people who fund it.

CDC’s delayed PRRs did not quietly confirm that everything was fine. In thirteen straight weekly reports from May to July 2022, comparing mRNA shots with non-COVID vaccines, CDC flagged myocarditis, pericarditis, Bell’s palsy, and tinnitus. The FDA tool stayed quiet.
A journal reviewer later asked why anyone would run Bayesian mining at all if more than 90 percent of VAERS was the vaccines of interest. The chance of an alert was near zero. FDA coauthors agreed there was “considerable bias toward the null,” pulled the analysis, and took their names off the paper.

In 2023, FDA pharmacovigilance chief Narayan Nair wrote that they had known this limitation before and during the pandemic. DuMouchel, who received Moderna himself, was not looking for a scandal. His verdict was simple: they were wrong, and if they had listened to Szarfman they would have done better.
React19 was not crazy for noticing the gap between lived injury and official calm. Myocarditis was real. Tinnitus reports were real. Neuro injury was real. “No signal” often meant the detector had been left on a setting that could not hear it, then used as proof there was nothing to hear.
