Actually it’s not . Where is the formal detail about a buy back of the AH land for $1 after the 30 year lease ? That’s never been mentioned. It’s assumed. In the Megaproject deal, it wasn’t included.

The best deal is still IN atm and nothing is even voted on for IL. More money still being offered by IN and then they can also sell the land at ARL to get $100M+ back while acquiring new land paid for by the state of IN. Best deal is still very clear

Awful bold of you to say that because illnois still hasn’t presented a formal offer to date. All the hubbub being spoken in the press is just an attempt to save face. Meanwhile a real offer is on the table from Indiana and real work is being done about a site.

If you don't know the full terms then how the hell do you know if it's a good deal? Clickbait, then, right?

A black man took a step forward toward Fever’s Lexi Hull in Game 3, but Hull didn’t get in his face like Wilson did in Indy. I thought men of pointing at women was “unacceptable”, a “threat”, & even “racist”… This proves how stupid the conversation & defending A’ja Wilson is

After Game 3 vs Fever, A’ja Wilson’s mom was walking around the arena with a “Love Beats Hate” sign, so I asked her what it meant & she lost her mind. Oh the irony of her stepping towards me, while pointing. I really felt the love in this interaction 🙄

🚨 CNN just accidentally debunked an Israeli false flag operation!! 🤣🫠 “Some of the numbers we are seeing reported don’t make any sense because if you are descending that rapidly, the aircraft would’ve disintegrated completely”.

Did you ask your husband why there was no luggage and personal effects scattered throughout the cabin? Why the cabin was so pristine after the nose dive and not damaged like other planes? Why there is no cabin crew to be seen in any of the videos? Why no passengers were injured during the nose dive? Surely not everyone was wearing their seat belt?

Either you are full of shit or your husband is full of shit, a plane diving from 34,000 to 16,000 ft in less than a minute assuming a speed of 500 knots would be pitched at an agle of about 22°. Tell me how you can get up and walk around the cabin at that angle

You are the one creating conspiracy theories, because the pilot himself said he shoved the door open. He didn't say people on the other side did that. He says he was the one pushing the door, allowing others to come in.

The horror of WNBA officiating is that it exists to make one player look unstoppable every single game while the rest of her team coasts to victory on a parade of whistles. This isn’t just rigged — it’s a full-blown farce.

Hey @grok, concise no spin. Could a passenger walk normally to the cockpit while a Boeing 737 is nose-diving 14,125 ft in 29 seconds while sustaining −1G, making normal movement almost impossible? Yes or no

As a pilot for 20 years I have questions: - where are the cabin crew here? - where are the oxygen masks that automatically drop during a rapid emergency descent? - how did the Capt manage to open the door while being stabbed? - Omani pilots were not allowed to fly to Israel, why was he allowed? - how did the offending pilot get a weapon onboard? - why has this happened so close to elections? - how are passengers walking around while apparently in a nosedive? - who else was injured? Nose dives cause significant g force incidents - why is there two perfectly positioned people recording the incident and not helping? - why did a plumber take control and not the 2 pilots onboard who would certainly know when an aircraft was in a nosedive? - why was the plumber speaking in English to Bibi after the flight - why was he still in his blood soaked clothes 8 hours after the incident False Flags have been a very effective mechanism to influence public opinion Hitler burnt down the Reichstag just before his parliament elections and he won the election…changing the course of history. A full and independent investigation should be carried out here. Hopefully independent journalist will be allowed to view this too.

$24.4B / 1900 missiles = $12.8M per missile. 380 per year: 130 nmi range; Mach 3.5; minimal efficacy against Mach 3 ballistic missiles; useless against Mach 5+ ballistic missiles. In a big-league high-intensity war, a year's production would be consumed in just a few days.

I've been thinking it through. Whatever path this war would take, it is a guarantee of more attacks on Saudi oil infrastructure.
Saudi Arabia plans 100,000-troop Yemen offensive to retake the Bab el-Mandeb from Yemen's Houthis, without any US support and all troops under Saudi command, supported by Saudi air strikes and expected to launch in the coming weeks, per Reuters.

Yeah if that’s the case, the Bears aren’t accepting that. If they are footing the bill for the project, they aren’t giving up that land.

"as the Bears work to find a long-term stadium solution..." : Notice the glaring omission? The NFL intentionally left out the words "in Illinois." By refusing to commit geographically, the league office is explicitly reminding the state that the solution is elsewhere.

"The NFL appreciated the opportunity to meet..." Corporate Translation: This was a mandated courtesy. We did our administrative due diligence to check the box with the incumbent state leadership. We did not form a partnership or reach a breakthrough; we sat through the meeting.
