Everyone hates the Cybertruck seat cooling because it’s ineffectual. In a precooled Cybertruck on a hot day your sweaty back gets sweatier not cooler. This video shows why: failed adhesive seals let air bypass and prevent the air from flowing through the seat surface. This is a monumental DIY process with lots of risk and @tesla @cybertruck @wmorrill3 probably needs to acknowledge and correct it.
I had a loaner that was less bad but I presume they all do this. Expensive recall because this is probably hours of shop time for a high-skill fix with adhesive, or an expensive seat replacement.

I found a model 3 performance seat on facebook marketplace and it works in the Cybertruck!
Just have to swap the heater pads to the Cybertruck 48volt ones and the 3/y seat spring
These or plaid seats? These are definitely more comfortable than the plaid seats, plaid seats are way more aggressive

Just wrapped my first Lucid Air!
Overall pretty easy to wrap other than the hood and trunk and the build quality is pretty good as well but the software is definitely lacking a bit compared to Tesla

The Facebook Cybertruck community loved what Reid built. Group member Craig summed up the enthusiasm while offering a practical design suggestion. "Love the color combination," he wrote. "The white steering wheel will be a pain to keep clean over time. Maybe do the top and bottom of the wheel white and the sides the same as the dash? Might prolong the look. But still looks amazing." That is the kind of thoughtful community feedback that only comes when people genuinely respect the work being done.

Shoutout to @ReidT22440 and @TeslaPatriot for the inspiration. I used some cheap butyl mats as the base, then went over that with Second Skin Damplifier Pro. The @cybertruck door is SOLID! More pics below. I’ll finish up the rest of the doors tomorrow. 😮💨
