I just returned from a Congressional delegation to Nigeria with @HouseAppropsGOP. While there, we visited Benue State. We met with Bishops Anagbe and Dugu and Tor Tiv. We met with suffering IDPs who are all Christians. They are forced to live in camps that are regularly attacked by Fulani Islamic radicals. We heard heartbreaking stories from survivors of this horrific genocidal campaign committed by the Fulani, including a woman who was forced to watch as five of her children were killed. I've never seen anything like it. It will stay with me the rest of my life. I am working on a report to @POTUS that will outline a path forward to work with the Nigerian government in a coordinated and cooperative manner to end the slaughter of innocent Christians in the Middle Belt and stop the ongoing terrorist threat in the Northeast. We will brief the President soon. More to come. More of my interview with @HarrisFaulkner on the @FaulknerFocus ⬇️

Thank you for this honest report… I want to add that the current govt of Nigeria is grossly incompetent, and lacks Legitimacy, they came through the back door. To fully understand the root of what is happening in Nigeria, the U.S govt need to put a close eye on 2027 Elections.

What you saw is nothing compared to the truth. The genocide of Christians in Nigeria and the middle belt did not begin recently it started as far back as the 1980s. 1. Maitatsine Uprising: Kano (Dec 1980) An Islamic preacher Called Marwa and his followers started a Terrorist sect in northern Nigeria. Thousands of Christians and other civilians killed by the Maitatsine extremist sect in violent lynching and burning of Christians. 2. Maitatsine Violence : Kaduna, Maiduguri, Yola (1982–1985) Repeated attacks by the Maitatsine sect killed thousands more Christians across northern cities. 3. Kano Muslim Riot (Oct 1982) Large-scale Muslim mobs attacked Christian areas; dozens to hundreds killed. 4. Bauchi Muslim Religious Violence (April 1991) Muslim rioters attacked Christian communities; hundreds killed in Bauchi and nearby towns. 5. Reinhard Bonnke Crusade Riot — Kano (Oct 1991) Muslim mobs attacked Christians over a planned Bonnke crusade; hundreds killed, some estimates in the thousands. 6. Zangon Kataf Crisis : Kaduna (Feb–May 1992) Clashes between Christian and Muslim groups left hundreds dead. 7. Jos Pre-Sharia Tensions (1994–1999) Multiple Christian–Muslim clashes resulting in dozens of deaths before the major 2001 crisis. 8. Sharia Riots: Kaduna (Feb–May 2000) Muslim Mobs riot over Sharia law killed more than 2,000 Christians 9. Jos Crisis: Plateau (Sept 2001) Muslim riots left hundreds of Christians dead in days of violence. 10. Kano sharia Riots: Kano (Oct 2001) Muslim mobs attacked Christians over sharia push back, dozens to over 100 killed. Other events of genocide by Muslim Mobs 11. Miss World Riots: Kaduna (Nov 2002) Muslim mobs attacked Christians over the Miss World pageant; over 300 Christians killed and churches burned. 12. Danish Cartoon Riots: Maiduguri & Northern States (Feb 2006) Muslim mobs attacked churches and Christian neighbourhoods over cartoons published in Denmark; 200+ Christians killed, many churches destroyed. 13. October 2001, USA conducted airstrikes against Afghanistan. Muslim Terrorists mobs in Kano rioted and began slaughtering christians. More than 2000 Christians were killed. The army had to be called in. The government tried to downplay the numbers.

Dear @RepRileyMoore, What you and your team witnessed meeting IDPs in Benue is just the tip of the iceberg. The horrors faced by displaced families in Jos, Plateau State, and Southern Kaduna, forced to live in camps that are repeatedly attacked by Fulani Islamic radicals are even more heartbreaking. We are deeply sorry you had to see this pain firsthand Please urgently expedite your report to @POTUS with clear recommendations on how the U.S. can work cooperatively with the Nigerian government to finally end the slaughter of innocent Christians in the Middle Belt and halt the ongoing terrorist threat in the Northeast. Lives are being lost every day while Nigerian politicians remain focused only on 2027 elections, not on protecting their people. Time is critical. Please act now to help save lives. May God grant you the wisdom of Solomon in this moment.

This is beyond crazy. A sitting member of the United States House of Representatives has travelled into war-torn parts of Nigeria, spoken to victims, gathered evidence, and is preparing a report for the President of the United States about Nigerians being killed. Meanwhile, not a single member of the Nigerian House of Representatives, not one committee, not one panel of inquiry, has done the same for the President of Nigeria. Let that sink in. Rep. Moore from the United States is more invested in the safety and well-being of Nigerians than the people elected to represent Nigerians. And Donald Trump is taking these reports more seriously than Tinubu or the entire Nigerian National Assembly. It is genuinely shameful. When foreign lawmakers care more about Nigerian lives than Nigerian leaders, you know something is deeply, fundamentally broken. For My Naija People This one don pass madness. See as member of United States House of Representatives waka enter war-torn areas for Nigeria, talk to victims, gather evidence, and dey prepare report give President of the United States about Nigerians wey dey die. Meanwhile, no single person for Nigerian House of Representatives, no committee, no panel, nobody don do the same thing for President of Nigeria. Make that one sink in well. Rep Moore from America dey even show more concern for Nigerians pass the people wey Nigerians vote put for office. And Donald Trump sef dey take the matter serious pass Tinubu and the whole National Assembly join. Na shame we dey watch so. When foreign lawmakers dey care about Nigerian lives pass Nigerian leaders, just know say something everything don spoil for ground.

Shocking silence from the media on Nigeria’s Christian genocide while Fulani radicals slaughter thousands. If this were any other faith under attack, headlines would scream 24/7. Why the double standard? Whose lives matter more to the West?

Thank you Mr Moore
Rep. Riley Moore is like any of Nigerian House of Representatives members- his visit shows failure in leadership of the Nigerian Senate and house of representatives. He came and saw the traces the horror left behind but the Nigerian Senate President, Godswill Akpabio is only interested in approving loans for Bola Tinubu and giving him the power to carry out military action in Benin Republic and not telling him to bomb terrorists in Nigeria

This woman and her daughter have been in captivity since late October. They were kidnapped along with their now late husband and father, Rev Edwin Achi of the Kaduna Diocese, for their Christian faith. The govt seems to be silent about them.

This is what Nigerian terrorist government is doing enrolling bokoharam terrorists in the army, sent them to Biafra soil and Judeo-Christians communities to slaughter people.. The first whistle blower @MaziNnamdiKanu was kidnapped in Kenya and jailed in sokoto caliphate prison.

I appreciate your honesty and modesty. However, I don’t know how you expect to work with someone who is a known drug baron in your own country and stole an election to ascend into Aso Rock. Or is the US telling us he is as saintly as can be?

Your observations & findings are spot on. But they're just a tip of the iceberg! The #ChristianGenocide is institutionalised at the highest levels of the @NigeriaGov. And they are making rapid advance Southwards towards the Gulf of Guinea. #Yugoslavia #Sudan #BiafraReferendum
