FBI LA ADIC Akil Davis was involved in misconduct as a student athlete at UCLA. He escaped prosecution because of a “technicality” when everyone else was prosecuted. Among the misconduct, Davis, an athlete, took a handicapped parking permit denying legitimately handicapped people help the needed. A few years later the FBI overlooked his transgressions and hired him.
This is the moral caliber of your FBI.

💥I am personally aware and can name agents who violated policies, law, and the Constitution. Employees have a statutory OBLIGATION to refuse illegal orders and report misconduct. Those that failed must be held accountable, disciplined, and/or fired.
I also personally know agents who REFUSED illegal orders and stood their ground. Those are the ones we must keep and promote.
If you are an FBI employee, you know who failed to uphold the Constitution. It is your duty to report it:

And that’s how it always starts. This is the playbook of every intelligence service. I saw it in the FBI all the time. Whether it was offering a drug dealer a sweetheart deal to rat on his buddies, offering a foreigner help with immigration status, or helping a foreigner with their business, it ALWAYS was to the benefit of the USG.
Now, you don’t suppose it was a coincidence that Section 230 was under a microscope at the same time the Biden Administration was aggressively asking social media to censor for them?
🇲🇩 About a year ago, while I was stuck in Paris, the French intelligence services reached out to me through an intermediary, asking me to help the Moldovan government censor certain Telegram channels ahead of the presidential elections in Moldova.
After reviewing the channels flagged by French (and Moldovan) authorities, we identified a few that clearly violated our rules and removed them. The intermediary then informed me that, in exchange for this cooperation, French intelligence would “say good things” about me to the judge who had ordered my arrest in August last year.
This was unacceptable on several levels. If the agency did in fact approach the judge — it constituted an attempt to interfere in the judicial process. If it did not, and merely claimed to have done so, then it was exploiting my legal situation in France to influence political developments in Eastern Europe — a pattern we have also observed in Romania 🇷🇴
Shortly thereafter, the Telegram team received a second list of so-called “problematic” Moldovan channels. Unlike the first, nearly all of these channels were legitimate and fully compliant with our rules. Their only commonality was that they voiced political positions disliked by the French and Moldovan governments.
We refused to act on this request.
Telegram is committed to freedom of speech and will not remove content for political reasons. I will continue to expose every attempt to pressure Telegram into censoring our platform. Stay tuned. 🤝

But Solomon's statement "274 undercover agents embedded in riot, with no safety plans" is flat out incorrect as evidenced by the document the story linked to. 👇
As the document clearly states, 274 is the number of people deployed in total THAT RESPONDED that day.
I suspect it wasn't Solomon who wrote it rather, Steve Richards. Frankly this is an inexcusable mischaracterization. Solomon knows the FBI well enough to know that responding agents aren't "undercover agents".
This story clearly falsely implies that the FBI sent 274 undercover FBI agitators.
There may very well have been FBI agitators there, but that is not what this 274 number represents and all it does is serve to obfuscate from the true number of FBI employees or sources who were present at the ONSET.
It muddies the truth and gives the FBI the opportunity to sweep any FBI or source presence from the ONSET under the rug as part of the FBI response personnel.

What @jsolomonReports is reporting is largely the RESPONSE. Don’t be distracted by the noise. It will obscure the truth. You are being set up to have it all covered up by the response.

👁️FBI employees are required to keep their FBI issued phones with them at all times. When I was the target of an FBI retaliatory investigation for my whistleblower complaint, my phone installed a new certificate saying it can allow them “to monitor your device network activity, including emails, apps, and secure websites.”
🎙️My FBI phone was a mobile tracking device for the FBI. They could even activate the microphone if they wanted.
🛰️It should be obvious - if the FBI can do this to their employees, they can do it to any American. Your cell phone is a tracking device always with you and they can turn on the microphone and every other sensor on your phone.
The FBI doesn't even need a warrant - your phone/data companies such as google and verizon can provide the FBI all that data if those companies choose to, without a warrant.

⚖️ A PROBATIONARY FBI agent was arrested for DUI. The FBI covered it up and failed to fire the agent.
A few years later the same Agent was drunk driving with a .25 BAC and killed a teenager.

Lawrence Garner would still be alive today if FBI held the agent accountable.
