It's pretty hilarious that the show failed because the show runner had zero experience with leadership in film making and bullied her way into the job because she was the chick who wrote the Pickle Rick episode. And torched her chance at Marvel over an argument about a hat.

She pulled the same power move on Feige that worked on Harmon, belittle the boss, put herself above him. Except Feige wasn't willing to be a doormat for an employee. Didn't help that the show was just not appealing to general audiences.

Not to mention, putting a person much higher in the food chain than her into the position of having to constantly schedule time to personally oversee her. HIS superiors were asking HIM questions about HER. You never want your boss to have to explain you to HIS boss.
