Earlier this month we were delighted to present Peter Coyne with the Volunteer of the Year award at our annual Staff Festival 💛🥳 Peter has volunteered with Right There within our @intandemScot Mentoring programme for just over 3 years. Peter has built positive relationships with his mentees, offering support to the young people and their families on a weekly basis. Peter has gone above and beyond in his role a volunteer mentor and has remained enthusiastic and dedicated to the role over the last three years. Cheryl's words show that ending homelessness is about so much more than providing a home. We know that experiences such as family breakdown, addiction, trauma and poor mental health can all contribute to homelessness. To move forward and build a stable future, people often need the right support alongside secure housing. That's why we're Right There when people need us.
