After what happened last year, I get why KU fans would be skeptical that the nation's top recruit would care a lot about the Jayhawks.
But Tyran Stokes is different. He has more passion for Kansas in his left thumb than the last guy did in his whole body.
Where was Tyran Stokes an hour after his game ended at 11pm on Friday night… & his team obliterated their opponent by 44 points?

What is the purpose of scheduling Arkansas Pine Bluff? The last eight years they have been ranked 359, 313, 363, 331, 322, 352, 351, and 348 on Kenpom. It does nothing for you to play this team. You're better off splitting your team in half and scrimmaging against each other!

KU fans that say Tiller was terrible don't know ball. He averaged 8 & 6 as a frosh on a 4-seed. Great upside & athlete. But he got worse as the year went along, and Big 12 teams went right at him on D. Curious to see how he looks night in/night out in SEC play as a sophomore.

Tyran Stokes being 8-for-14 is the big story, but of the guys that figure to play prominent minutes, only Melvin Council (3-for-4) is shooting above 60% at the line so far.

KU scoring 89 points in a game where only one player scored more than 10 is wild. And it's not like that guy scored 40 or something. They had players with 10, 9, 9, 8, 8, 6, 6, and 6 points tonight. That is extremely balanced, even if it was against Middle Tennessee.

It is 54-18 here at Allen Fieldhouse. If the Jayhawks run into the Blue Raiders come this year's NCAA tournament, I think they're going to be ok.

Tyran Stokes is the best passer that Kansas has had in the 2020s. He's unbelievable. A point forward running around out there, he is.

TKR has shot 64%, 56%, 65%, 64% in his four years of college. Tyran Stokes wasn't great at 'em in high school either.
White will be awesome and Council will be good. But the really isn't much optimism it'll get better with the rest of them, either. Feels like a sub-70% FT team.
