The CFTC submitted its draft crypto market-structure package—“Regulation Crypto Asset Transactions and Regulation Crypto Asset Markets” (RIN 3038-AF80)—to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) on September 17, 2026.
Preliminary/prerule actions (the current stage) are supposed to be reviewed or waived within 10 working days of receipt.
Counting 10 working days from September 17, 2026 points to roughly October 1, 2026.
Proposed and final rules get up to 90 calendar days (extendable by 30 days with OMB Director approval, or further at the agency’s request).

🚀XRP🚀 fatigue is real.
When $XRP hit $1 I figured out how to get an extra $5K in specifically designed as a separate bag with a specific short term goal to quench my thirst for all the things I want to do once things start popping off.
Do the math on $1.65 versus $1, it’s going well so far.
I’m really enjoying this segregated bag where I actually trade instead of hold with the goal to just buy some things I’ve been waiting forever for.
I am literally wearing 7 year old clothes 😂
I just sell every time I make some profit then the bag gets paused by a downturn and I throw the profits in again and wait.
Kinda simple really.
