In 2 Weeks in will be Tuesday October 6th and World Cerebral Palsy Day! A day that we celebrate those with CP and bring awareness to the disability. Would any @Patriots player like to help me spread a message of opportunity and inclusion to some very special football teams that I am apart of. I know it’s a day off for you! As someone who has been on the sidelines for over 30 year, but never took a snap I think I have a pretty cool story! The Sailors improved to 2-0 on the season by defeating a very tough and physical Norwell team 35-14 Behind the strong offensive line play of @OwenMorley7186 @feeley_fin @ShamusKeefe Julius Thompkins Andrew Nicholson @NolanCaplinger @Hugg00948310Sam, Sr Captain @GraysonFoley_ ran for 175 yards on 20 carries with 3 TDs. Foley would also add a 20 yards receiving and and 117 yards on special teams, which included a 72-yard punt return for a 4th TD. Foley would end the night with over 300+ All purpose yards and a total of 4 TDs. Jr QB @TylerStelljes10 would also add a TD of his own when he ran for 68 yards during a 3rd quarter score. Defensively Foley led the way with 8 tackles, 3 TFLs, while @ShamusKeefe @ChrisWeber_07 @Declan199440871 all recorded multiple tackles for Scituate. @OwenMorley7186 also had a nice game recording a timely sack, along with multiple tackles himself. While Will Dilorio recorded the only Sailor turnover with an early 1st quarter interception! The Sailors look to improve their record this coming Friday night when the host the Marblehead at 7pm! Go Sailors!!!

Huge shout out the boys upfront tonight as The Sailors rush for over 225 yards. Always showing the O-Line love!!

You even have people connected to baseball that are affect directly to CP with loved ones who deal with this disability @Lindor12BC has a sister @robertreidryan has a son @Andrew_Bailey37 has a daughter and I know first hand the work he does is amazing donating $$$ for every Red Sox strikeout Event the ever so talented play by play guy @jasonbenetti has CP It is time to put these stories front and center to bring awareness to Cerebral Palsy. Like you do for so many other causes!!
