Everyone should thank @Ryuski2003 without his efforts to figuring it out we wouldnt have custom face anims at all, in other news it can also be applied to any skeleton in SFV so now we can animate things like Zeku's VS2 and Sagat's Tiger or Akira's Motorcycle or Oro's Turtle
