So according to random people online the SS United States Preservation Foundation Inc @SSUSPF488 and the SS New York Coalition to Save the SS United States @Save_SS_US would be responsible for scrapping the SS United States which, they do not own and have no ability to authorize? How very logical. That would be the Okaloosa Board of County Commissioners decision alone. They can simply choose to save instead of scrap. Choose to do the right thing and choose to save the SS United States.

I can guarantee if orgs roadblock this reef they are still allowed to do what they want with their property, scrapping is an option. Your foundations would have to come up with over $10mil and a place for permanent berth before you could even consider making an offer to buy it.
