Nothing sucks more than bad Customer Service! Will try to help as many of you as possible and also tag some executives along the way. #CustomerServiceHell

Everywhere
We are in the middle of a Customer Service crisis. Many companies continue to spend less and less in this area and view it as trivial. They're reducing headcount, increasing hold times, enforcing stingier refund policies, training their agents poorly, resorting to bots, and pretty much doing EVERYTHING in their power to save themselves as much money as possible at the expense of their users' time, money and sanity. Well you know what? It's time to take a stand. This year, I encourage all of you to FIGHT for that refund or other compensation that you are owed. It's your hard-earned money and you should have it, not some careless entity that gave you terrible service. Demand to speak to a Supervisor until an agent complies, even if they insist that it won't do anything. Dispute charges with your credit or debit card. Report companies to the Better Business Bureau and publicize their negligence on social media and Trustpilot. Threaten to switch to a competitor and actually do it if you have to. If a business doesn't care about you, then they don't deserve your business. And if the dollar amount that you are owed is substantial, take the company to Small Claims Court. It's easy to open a case and you can represent yourself. These companies are relying on all of us to concede defeat and stomach the loss. And they're hoping that this status quo never changes. Well screw that. Let's change it. 🙌 #CustomerService #BadCustomerService #CustomerServiceHell #FridayFeeling #Motivation

Airbnb at their old tricks again. A natural disaster would be a 100% refund on almost ANY other service platform. Not here though! Here you get to play God and decide how much unearned money you get to keep in the wake of them. #CustomerServiceFail

Wendy preaching to the choir here! 🙌 Service companies (like airlines) should be prioritizing Customer Service first, NOT last. And many of them have billions in profits. If they invested even 1% of that into Support, it would go a long way. Just pure greed.
Inflation is rising and customer service is collapsing.

Elon briefly mentioned Customer Service here back in 2023 and then just totally ignored it at all of his companies. Even when you have billions, talk is cheap.
Of course, you need to have good customer service for money. Working on it …

If I had a nickel for every time an airline treated their customers this way, I'd be a millionaire. Shame on you @united.
So @united oversold the flight and they are now barking and threatening that we will not board if one person doesn’t volunteer to get off the flight. Their error. Their fault. Their greed, yet somehow we, the paying customers, are the problem. All the airlines are shit, truly. Ever since COVID they’ve gone downhill even as ticket prices climb and amenities diminish. What a crock.

WHY do we let airlines get away with this nonsense? British Airways has been on my sh*t list for a long time now but they never cease to amaze me with how low they can go. Pathetic.
I will NEVER fly @British_Airways ever again. Absolute WORST Airline EVER. They have left me stranded in Seattle with my elderly, injured father who is in a wheelchair and needs medical care. Our @British_Airways flight in from London was 1 hour delayed. Because my dad is in a wheelchair, he needs assistance off the plane and through the airport, this means we were last off. We then had to get our luggage, go through passport control and customs and when we finally made it to the counter to drop our bags, we were told it was too late, we missed our flight. Many other passengers also missed their flight. But when I called British Airways to get us on the next flight out, they claimed since we had 1.5 hours to connect, they owed us nothing. 1.5 hours in a huge airport with wheelchair assistance needed and an elderly injured man who just got out of the hospital, and they are leaving us stranded telling us to fork over more money for a flight home. Oh and this is ON TOP of us being stranded in Heathrow for 8 hours on our flight TO London. The wheelchair assist was late, it took over 1 hour for us to get off the plane. Because of this, we missed our connecting flight. The next one was 8 hours later. I asked if they could at least put us in a lounge since my father is older and in a wheelchair. They refused. They gave us no compensation or refunds. I don't know how any of this is even legal.

Replying to @UberEats
@UberEats you guys have the worst customer service of all time. Making me wait 2 hours for an order and refusing to give me a refund is insane

Millions of people ask this but nothing ever improves. I'm working on it though.
Why is customer service lacking these days?

I knew Wells Fargo was bad, but I didn't realize how bad until I was a customer myself. They recently offered me a 0% balance transfer on the credit card that I have with them, so I took them up on it. When I applied, everything went through. That is, until I received a piece of mail a few weeks later saying that an "Authorization Check had failed." I called them up about it and went through the whole process again with an agent, who was very nice. Took 10-15 minutes to reapply for it. A few minutes later I missed a different call from Wells Fargo, so I called them back. It was their fraud department. Weird, but ok. I called *that* number back and was told that the balance transfer failed AGAIN because I had failed to authorize it from that phone call. So yes, Wells Fargo literally fraud checked THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE who had just helped me do the transfer. An employee who I gave my credit card number and social security digits to. I have never seen this before in my life, by the way...a totally new level of ineptitude. But I'm not very surprised either. I told the agent that this was a useless check and if they couldn't trust their own employees, what the hell is even the point? He didn't seem to care and kept repeating the same robotic copypasta to me. So yes, I had to call back AGAIN and do this stupid thing for a THIRD time. Another agent spelling out all the terms and conditions for another 15 minutes. And even she said that I may need to authorize it afterwards via email or phone (which I now knew). For Wells Fargo, it doesn't make a difference if millions of people's time is wasted like this with a totally useless policy. But to their customers, it's a different story. Why do I have their card, you ask? It's because my Bilt card converted to it back in February and I figured why the heck not. But hey...good case study at least. #WellsFargo

"Your call may be recorded to ensure high-quality service." I believe we've recorded quite a few customer service calls over the years. Can we get the high-quality service now? When does that start?

.@AmericanAir is a complete scam. I fly w/ them almost every week. The delays, cancellations and absolutely horrendous customer service are one thing, but the way they continue to place blame on me as a customer and charge more money when they mess up is insane. 👋🏼 @Delta

British Airways appointed a new Chief Customer Officer back in February. But what has improved since? Every time I look there are hundreds of people on here having a miserable time with this airline. At what point will BA actually take this seriously? #BritishAirways

Absolutely criminal that airlines can withhold miles that you buy directly from their website for up to 72 hours. Why is this not available right away? Every hour of delay is another chance for award prices to increase, that's why. Looking at you, @etihad.

Love it when companies with terrible policies get caught with their pants down. Ryanair has never really cared about their customers and the government needs to investigate bad actors like this more often.

Don't just take it from me folks. Airbnb is literally one of the worst companies in the world at Customer Service and they have no intention of ever fixing it. Truly sad.
TERRIBLE service from @Airbnb. The customer service is an absolute disaster, among the worst in the world. My reservation is being affected by a conflict between the host and the building association. RESOLVE YOUR INTERNAL ISSUES!
