Cette date marque le troisième anniversaire de l’attaque terroriste du Hamas contre Israël et donnera lieu à de nombreuses commémorations.

They’re letting this student march go ahead on the anniversary of 7 October because stopping it would kick off a bigger public order mess than just letting it happen.
Route conditions and a ban on face coverings aren’t the same as stopping it.
Once the calculation is “enforcing the law might cause more disorder”, the people willing to cause that disorder are the ones setting the rules.
