Today, we’re excited to announce Salute Credits V1.
As we all know.. the financial system runs on one thing above almost everything else:
Trust.
Today, trust is largely controlled by centralized institutions. Your financial reputation is built behind closed doors, determined by systems you can’t see, and ultimately owned by someone else.
We believe there’s a better way.
We believe trust should be earned through actions, not assumptions.
Salute Credits is designed to help community members request and provide peer-to-peer credit while beginning to build a transparent reputation through real participation.
For example, if someone in the community needs help, they can create a credit request. Another community member can decide whether they want to provide that credit, and over time, successful repayments begin building a transparent reputation based on real actions.
Version 1 is intentionally simple.
Every great product starts with a strong foundation, and that’s exactly what we’re building. This isn’t the finished product.. it’s the first brick.
Our objective isn’t simply to help people request credit.
It’s to begin building a transparent reputation layer where trust is earned through accountability, consistency, and participation over time.
The internet connected people…blockchain connected value and we believe the next evolution is connecting trust.

As XRP wealth expands, the capital rotation into the XRPL meme coin ecosystem is going to be crazy..
..and I don’t think people fully understand where that capital can come from.
Remember.. billions don’t need to flow into the XRPL from somewhere else. Billions in wealth can be created directly inside the XRP ecosystem, and even a fraction rotating into native assets changes everything.

Ripple remains actively engaged in SEC and CFTC rulemaking.

Don’t forget - Ripple and XRP stand on settled ground. The 2023 federal Court ruling established XRP is not a security.
And in March the SEC and CFTC issued a joint interpretation naming XRP a digital commodity. SEC Chairman Atkins and a CFTC Chairman Selig understand these markets. We expect future rulemaking from both agencies to continue to set out clear rules of the road.
