Welcome to my Twitter page.
I tweet about what I do - and like:
🤓 Entrepreneurship/Intrapreneurship
🤓 Marketing/Social Media
🤓 Technology
... And the occasional rant - or piece of smart.
Write to think - and think to write (better).
Remember that putting thoughts on paper (pen + paper) helps process and retain information. Similarly, not delegating thinking, or writing, helps retain and develop expertise.

Brands are so worried about getting caught up in the influencer discourse that they’re starting to outline tennis etiquette for people invited to the US Open by them.
The good ol' basics...
Not the current shiny object but what actually drives, or at least impacts, your business.
Decades old, never truer.
#BackToBasics
Grew up around farmers in Brittany. Deals got sealed with a handshake. No lawyers, no fine print, just your word and what it was worth.
I started in sales and it still was true, early 2000's.
That doesn't scale to strangers on the internet.
But it turns out proof still beats promises, it just looks different now: what you've actually shipped, what's verifiable, what holds up when someone checks.
Trust never went out of style. We just forgot it needs receipts now.
Must-read article for anyone whose job involves *thinking*

"The problem with writing with A.I. is that it’s mentally enfeebling...
What, uniquely, does writing do? ... It compels thinking in ways that silent contemplation or spoken language rarely can."
The old rules of marketing are winning in 2026:
- Distribute,
- Research and share (solid) findings
- Collaborate (and cross-amplify)
= Trust marketing (vs AI / "alternate" content)
As customer journeys change, we need to address intent and context as prospects come already educated and prepared, not seeking education and information anymore.

#Marketing isn't a pipeline or a closed-loop engine (Flywheel).
It's an Orbit.
Customers don't move in straight lines; they circle a brand at different distances. Our job isn't to push them down a tube, it's to make our Core so compelling that they naturally pull themselves in.
Customer experience done both well and not so well, by @Qantas:
Frequent Flyer experience and sending stuff, aka ego stroke, good.
Snail mail coming in before a long awaited answer by support, and subsequentl complaint, not so good.
Good #CX starts with service.
