A midday bounce on U.S.–Iran talks in New York faded. Claims came in light at 197K, new home sales beat at 0.684M.
**The big story — Oracle:** Bloomberg reported ORCL sent a force majeure notice to the developer of Project Jupiter, its $165B New Mexico AI campus, seeking payment protection if it misses its 2028 launch. Stock fell 6.9% to **$134.66**, now down 31% YTD. Oracle says the project is still on schedule; Blue Owl and Bloom Energy slid too.

- Oil back up — Brent over $100, WTI ~$94. Airlines (JBLU, UAL) and cruise lines (NCLH, RCL) down 1%+ on it
- Asia mixed overnight (Nikkei +0.8%, Shanghai -1.2%); Europe mostly flat
- Bitcoin ~$83.5k, gold ~$4,290, both down ~1%
